Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

CAD Operator

to create and modify technical drawings using

AutoCAD and other drafting software

. The ideal candidate should have experience in

engineering, construction, or manufacturing designs

and a strong understanding of

technical specifications and industry standards

.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and modify

2D and 3D technical drawings

based on project specifications. Interpret and translate

engineering designs, sketches, and field notes

into accurate CAD drawings. Work closely with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure

precision and compliance

with industry standards. Maintain and organize

CAD files and project documentation

for easy reference. Ensure drawings adhere to company

standards, regulations, and client requirements

. Assist in preparing

as-built drawings, shop drawings, and detailed schematics

. Collaborate with the project team to address

design revisions and modifications

as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree

in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software

(knowledge of MicroStation, SolidWorks, or BIM is a plus).

2-5 years of experience

as a CAD Operator or Draftsman in

construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects

. Strong understanding of

technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

. Knowledge of

industry standards and drafting techniques

. Ability to work under tight deadlines and

manage multiple projects efficiently

. Strong

attention to detail and problem-solving skills

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

3D modeling and rendering

. Familiarity with

structural, mechanical, or electrical drafting

. Understanding of

BIM modeling concepts

.
