: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team in the UAE. The MEP Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and plans, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and plans based on specifications, sketches, and rough drafts provided by engineers and project managers.
• Develop and modify MEP designs using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including permits, applications, and construction documents.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of drawings, plans, and related documents.
• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams during construction phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in CAD software, and best practices in MEP drafting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP draftsman, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent technical skills in drafting, drawing production, and detailing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
