Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Fit-out Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Drawings:
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software based on project specifications and requirements.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for fit-out projects.
• Update and modify drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordination & Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of drawings.
• Attend project meetings to discuss and resolve design issues.
• Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and plans to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Documentation & Records:
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely submission and distribution of drawings to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Software Proficiency:
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD software and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman, preferably in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Previous experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role with occasional site visits as required.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
