Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and design specifications. Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Ensure drawings comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients. Prepare and organize drawing sets for internal review, client presentations, and construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to integrate their input into the drawings. Assist in the preparation of design presentations, renderings, and other visual materials as needed. Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman in the architecture discipline. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and/or Revit. Experience with other software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or ArchiCAD is a plus. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Good communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary. Own valid visa/work permit to work in [UAE
