Job Description

We are seeking a talented Part-Time CAD & BIM Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on an on-demand basis . This role is perfect for professionals with expertise in CAD and BIM tools who are looking for a flexible schedule to share their knowledge and experience with learners in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting tailored workshops and training sessions, either in-person or online, for individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-demand training in CAD tools like AutoCAD , MicroStation , SolidWorks , and Civil 3D .
• Deliver BIM-focused training on applications such as Revit , Navisworks , Tekla Structures , BIM 360 , and Synchro Pro .
• Tailor training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced professionals.
• Offer specialized workshops on topics like 4D scheduling , clash detection , 5D cost estimation , and parametric modeling .
• Assist corporate clients in implementing CAD and BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct sessions for specific domains, such as MEP design, structural modeling, and GIS integration with tools like Trimble SysQue , MagiCAD , and ArcGIS .
• Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide learners with the most relevant knowledge.
• Evaluate learners' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Work flexibly to accommodate client schedules, delivering training sessions as and when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in leading CAD software, including AutoCAD , SolidWorks , Civil 3D , or similar.
• Strong expertise in BIM applications such as Revit , Navisworks , Tekla Structures , and BIM 360 .
• Experience in training workflows for structural analysis ( ETABS , SAP2000 ) or MEP design.
• Knowledge of GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS ) and their application in engineering projects is a plus.
• Prior experience in training or conducting workshops for individuals and corporate teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Instructor , Tekla Trainer Certification , or equivalent are a plus.
• Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to on-demand training requests.
