Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years\' experience as a CAD Architect in the GCC, preferably from design consulting companies.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with BIM workflows is advantageous.
Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
Ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Develop architectural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings.
Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for various types of buildings and structures.
Incorporate design changes and updates into CAD drawings as directed by project stakeholders.
Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., MEP, structural) to integrate their requirements into architectural drawings.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and verify design requirements.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, such as renderings and visualizations, to communicate design concepts to clients.
Maintain organized project files and documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
Locally available in the UAE.
Can join immediately within 1-2 weeks once selected.
