The Information System team is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, workplace service, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.



Responsibilities:

• Build User-friendly financial products to support global financial teams, including accounting products/treasury products/Cost Allocation products, etc.
• Responsible for the requirements investigation, product design and other work of the financial system
• Work closely with the technical team to quickly and efficiently promote the entire process of R & D, testing and product release
• Regularly collect feedback from customers, continuously optimize and improve the product


Minimum requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related majors; , graduating in 2025 and must be available to start in January 2025
• Proficient in using product prototyping tools and project management tools, and proficient in using tools such as Axure, Fima, Visio, Project, etc.
• Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding and addressing core issues and complexities.


Preferred requirements

• Technical skills like using SQL, data analysis is a plus.
