: * Safety: Host the safety shift start meeting which includes work schedules and safety concerns.

• Workflow Management: Plan and prioritize daily tasks, allocate resources, and ensure that workloads are balanced, and deadlines are met.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes, inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• Quality Control: Plan and supervise day to day operational tasks, developing work schedules according to availability of materials, workshop equipment and related costs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team, provide necessary training, and support professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Productivity: Monitor the productivity of Inspection, workshop, and wash bay teams
• Performs other duties outlined by your line manager.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are optimally utilized to achieve operational goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational metrics, and improvements made, presenting findings to higher management for informed decision-making.
• Compliance: Always follow and work to DP World\'s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
