Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in garment buying within the retail industry, preferably in hypermarkets or supermarkets.
Must have Strong relationships with garment suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing
Must have strong understanding of the local market, including consumer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent product knowledge and understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trends.
Proficient in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills.
