DWC Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.About The RoleThe Butler reports to the Guest Experience Supervisor. They do a first-rate job, which means that any passengers\xc3\x82 who step into the VIP terminal will be greeted by them. A Butler s role as first point of contact is critical, as they must provide the best possible experience for our passengers upon arrival and departure.\xc3\x82\xc3\x82 Key Responsibilities:

• Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers\xc3\x82 by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
• \xc3\x82 Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.
• Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.
• Providing passengers with personalized service.
• \xc3\x82 Having a thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
• Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
• Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.
• \xc3\x82 Maintains the privacy of passengers information and activities.\xc3\x82
• Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintenance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager.
