Butcher/Prep Cook

to join our growing team and help us maintain the highest standards of food preparation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Butchering and portioning various types of meats according to meal plan requirements. Preparing and cutting vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients as per recipes. Ensuring all food prep meets hygiene and safety standards. Managing stock levels and proper storage of ingredients. Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a butcher or prep cook, preferably in a health-conscious or meal plan setting. Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts and portioning. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Must be located in or willing to commute to Dubai Investment Park 2.
