Salary depending on the experience will be between 1300 to 1800 with accomodation Responsibilities: Cutting and preparing meat: Proficient in cutting, trimming, boning, and grinding different types of meat according to standard procedure, Experience in using machines in cutting chicken breast is a must. Ensuring food safety: Follow strict hygiene and safety standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure that meat products are safe for consumption. This includes proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas. Stock management: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of meat products. May also be involved in receiving and inspecting meat deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation, and minimizing waste. Meat preparation and packaging: Involved in marinating, seasoning, and packaging meat products, ensuring they are properly labelled with weight, price, and any necessary information. Equipment maintenance: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning their equipment, such as meat slicers, grinders, and knives, to ensure they are in good working condition. Knowledge of food processing : good knowledge of different type of Chicken sizes and experience in preparing inhouse nuggets and other products. Computer knowledge: Knowledge in sending updates in system and good communication skills (English and Hindi) Requirements: Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter is mandatory. Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat products. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Excellent knife handling skills and ability to use meat processing tools. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
