They are also tasked with displaying meat products in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers, while monitoring and rotating stock to maintain freshness. Quality control is paramount, as they inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling, and dispose of expired or spoiled products following established procedures. Additionally, providing excellent customer service is essential, as they assist customers in selecting meat products, provide information on cuts, cooking methods, and recommendations, and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area is crucial for sanitation and safety purposes, and they must follow safety protocols and guidelines for the proper handling of knives and equipment.
