As a Butcher at

TKI WAGYU TRADING

your primary responsibility will be the preparation, cutting, and handling of

A5 Japanese Wagyu

beef, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Cutting, trimming, and deboning meat products according to specifications Ensuring that all meat products are properly stored and maintained Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the butcher area Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Providing excellent customer service when required Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies Adhering to company standards for product quality and presentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role Strong knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques Knowledge of health and safety standards in food handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Basic Hygiene Certificate (preferred not mandatory) Preferred previous experience in Hospitality/Retail Industry
