Key Responsibilities :
• Meat Preparation : Skillfully cut, trim, debone, and portion meats (beef, lamb, poultry, etc.) according to restaurant requirements.
• Stock Management : Monitor meat inventory, ensure proper storage, and maintain freshness and quality.
• Hygiene and Safety : Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance : Clean and maintain knives, slicers, and other butchery tools regularly.
