Job Qualifications
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in meat processing or butchery preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a butcher, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Familiarity with AUH Butchery standards
• Knowledge in regulations regarding food safety and hygiene.
Skills:
• Proficient in various butchering techniques, including cutting, trimming, and preparing meats.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts and proper handling practices.
• Ability to use and maintain butchering tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Knowledge:
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations in the UAE, including HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of inventory management and meat preservation techniques.
Personal Attributes:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety practices related to handling sharp tools and machinery.
Additional Qualifications:
• Certification in food safety or hygiene is preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
