About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our aesthetics clinic in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and developing strategic partnerships within the healthcare and aesthetics sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong industry knowledge, and a passion for the aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, target clients, and emerging trends in the aesthetics and wellness industry.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, strengthen client relationships, and increase client retention.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting services, creating compelling business proposals, and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant businesses, including spas, wellness centers, and health professionals to drive referral business.
• Brand Representation: Represent the clinic at industry events, networking functions, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track the effectiveness of business development activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and alignment with brand goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and grow client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's aesthetics and wellness market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
