- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from driver allocation to ensuring the timely and efficient execution of deliveries.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and refine operational processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of drivers and coordinate their activities, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of service.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of the unit.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the company's market share in the delivery sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and delivery businesses, acting as the main point of contact.
- Work with the sales team to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term agreements with new clients. xe2x80x8b- Lead and manage a team of sales specialists and operational staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

- Ensure vendors and delivery businesses adhere to contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or business unit leadership, preferably in the logistics or delivery sector.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations and driving growth.
