The Role: The candidate would manage UGHI Sales Unit including managing the entire commercial relationship with UGHI/Alpha managers on behalf of the company Including managing team in line with Al Mufid strategy and business agreements with UGHI including the following:Annual Sales Budgets by Brand/ Channel in terms of units, value, and GPManage entire Channel Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure proper sales, distribution & execution of trade marketing plans in all relevant channels Retail-Pharma-Ecommerce, wholesale, Government & B2BManage the P&L of the brand and sales unit to ensure achievement of budgets.Directly communicate and plan with UGHI/Alpha teams mutual agreed activities and targets.Ensure all trade marketing activities including BDA, promotions, listing, rentals are fully approved and smoothly settled by UGHI.Provide senior management with periodical reporting as and when required.
