Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee the strategic, operational (To oversee the design, manufacturing, and delivery of oil and gas equipment's such as process skid packages, well-testing units, cementing units, pressure vessels, and technological products) and financial management of our manufacturing unit

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, driving business growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and performance within the oil and gas equipment manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, including major players like ADNOC and other international oil and gas companies.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration across departments (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality Control, and Logistics).
• Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex projects, including design, manufacturing, and timely delivery of oil and gas equipment such as process skid packages, well-testing units, cementing units, pressure vessels, and other technological products.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing project-specific needs.
• Financial Oversight : Develop, manage, and report on the unit's annual budget. Ensure optimal resource allocation, cost control, and efficiency.
• Operational Reporting : Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports to senior management, providing insights on project performance, cost management, and resource utilization.
• Resource Allocation & Efficiency : Drive cost-effective manufacturing solutions, ensuring maximum productivity and quality compliance while adhering to safety standards.
• Procurement & Production Oversight : Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and production timelines to ensure efficient delivery of products. Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Collaboration and Representation

Collaborate with international technology providers to integrate advanced solutions into the company's offerings

Represent the organization in the UAE Market as the primary point of contact for international technology providers.

Attend oil and gas trade conferences and exhibitions to showcase the company's capabilities , establish partnerships and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development and operations management within the oil and gas equipment manufacturing sector .
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects for major oil and gas companies such as ADNOC or other large-scale energy companies.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing process , including equipment design, production, and quality control (experience with process skid packages, well-testing units, cementing units, pressure vessels is highly preferred).
• Client Relationship Management : Excellent ability to manage key client relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
• Financial Management : Experience in developing, managing, and reporting on budgets, with a strong understanding of financial forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Leadership & Team Management : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
• Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information to senior management and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality certifications in the oil and gas sector.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , Business Administration , or related fields.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) , Supply Chain Management (SCM) , or similar are a plus.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems is an advantage.
