We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Oil & Gas Technologies and Equipment Manufacturing division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality equipment and solutions to our customers in the oil and gas sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with a strong background in engineering and equipment manufacturing to make a strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Strategy : Lead and manage the business unit, focusing on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning and expand business opportunities.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to industry standards, quality control, and cost management. Streamline processes for efficiency and implement best practices in production.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, including engineers, production staff, and sales professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment that drives high performance and employee engagement.
• Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of high-quality equipment and services.
• Financial Management : Manage the business unit's budget and financial targets. Ensure profitability through effective cost management and revenue growth strategies.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements. Champion a culture of safety and quality across all operations.
• Market Analysis & Innovation : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Identify opportunities for innovation and product development to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage
• Professional certifications in project management or manufacturing (Ex: PMP, Six Sigma, ASME) are desirable.
• Experience :
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the oil and gas equipment manufacturing sector , with extensive experience in manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology solutions.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role , leading teams and managing business unit performance.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence, business growth, and market expansion in the oil and gas industry.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Deep understanding of oil and gas technologies, equipment manufacturing, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
