SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (JUNIOR) WITH PRIVATE CLINIC WORK EXPERIENCE
Job Responsibilities:
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Job Requirements
-BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
-1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
-Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
-Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
-Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics_ (Preferred) _
-Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
-Good understanding of social media KPIs
-Familiarity with web design and publishing
-Excellent multitasking skills
-Great leadership skills
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
