Qualifications:
1. Maintain and support the FA, CA, IA applications.
2. Support and develop Allvue Accounting reports.
3. Participate in data-related projects and interfacing with third-party systems.
4. Format the report in the requested layout and file format.
5. Extract data from the application database (snowflake, BI Hub).
6. Configure and set-up the system according to Business Requirements.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in customer service / support desk in a financial services organisation.
2. Experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing and reporting technologies highly appreciated - Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Power Automation.
3. Experience with databases and programming/reporting languages - SQL, DAX, PowerQuery,
4. Power BI Report Builder.
