Job Title : Business Setup Advisor
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and motivated Business Setup Advisor to assist entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses with the setup and expansion of their operations. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on business formation, licensing, regulatory compliance, and other essential aspects of business setup. This role requires a strong understanding of local laws, market trends, and business opportunities, as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
• Guide clients through the process of setting up their business, including selecting the appropriate business structure, licensing, and documentation.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, permits, and legal requirements, ensuring clients have a smooth setup experience.
• Assess clients' business goals and provide recommendations tailored to their specific needs, budget, and industry.
• Coordinate with local authorities, government bodies, and service providers to expedite the business setup process.
• Assist clients in opening bank accounts, obtaining visas, and meeting other operational needs related to their business setup.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations, licensing requirements, and market trends to provide accurate, relevant advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the setup process and beyond.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Business Setup Advisor, Business Consultant, or in a similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, business licensing, and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Customer service-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills :
• Background in law, business administration, or finance.
• Knowledge of various free zones, offshore setups, and mainland business options.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
