Identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system requirements and functional specifications.Responsible to guide & oversee the implementation various SPs & HFs and various IT tools for all the existing & new IKEA stores, 3PL warehouses, COCp, PoP, e-Commerce within the UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman with clearly defined business process & working methods that are in line within the IKEA concept & Al-Futtaim Group\' framework and guidelines.What you will doSOLUTION SCOPING
Responsible for determining which business requirements can and should be improved and how these functions are integrated into the existing or new solutions. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits and business process descriptions to translate business requirements into workflows that integrate with the critical software.
Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for these spending and initiatives.
Plan, manage, and evaluate the work of the team of project responsible, system analysts, and application support personnel, ensuring the team is complying with defined service level agreements by aligning technical skills with business requirements
Ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are in place and followed across all 4 countries.
DIGITAL & MULTI-CHANNEL RETAILING
Responsible for managing the implementation of all quarterly Service Packs & Hot Fixes in MV NAV, MV CRM & MV QS with no or minimal impact to the day to day business operations in all 4 countries.
Ensure continuous improvement of MV-Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), Microsoft CRM 365, Master Version & local QlikView/Qlik Sense, Online Checkout - the IKEA IT infrastructure - ensuring all departments and functionalities are utilised to the full.
Implement the Global-IKEA and Al-Futtaim Group\' strategy through delivering the global e-Commerce & One-Web platform to support multi-channel sales, direct to customers and Promoting B2B (Business 2 Business) sales.
PRINCIPAL TOOLS & RELATION
Responsible for working closely working with global release responsible(s) & global support team for all centralized IT tools (IXP [EDI], IRW, e-Commerce, PTAG plus, Catalogue production, IKEA Toolbox etc.) which are owned and provided by the principal to ensure effective implementation and seamless integration.
Be the first point of contact for Inter-IKEA Retail Operation Solutions & Support Team (ROSS) across all depts. to ensure processes & solutions are aligned
Take a leadership role in driving effective collaboration and influencing key business stakeholders and team members.
AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
Responsible to periodically review & audit applications & database authorizations matrix, Roles & permissions and ensure compliance as per IKEA Global & Al-Futtaim Audit.
Work/Administer various ETL activities also ensuring proper documentations/approvals are in place.
Work with group\' technical team to ensure all database\' backups, Recovery plans & data are in acceptable mode.
EXPANSION & NEW PROJECTS
Responsible for evaluating & rolling-out new solutions in new markets via various formats.

Experience in Retail\' applications mid-management role.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, CRM), LS-Retail & Microsoft SQL Server
BI applications -QlikView/Sense or equivalent.
Microsoft Nav. Certification or equivalent.
