To support our continued growth, we are looking for a smart and highly driven Business Solutions Executive to join our Sales team in our office in Dubai.As a Business Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business solutions that enhance our recruitment offerings. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring challenges, provide innovative solutions, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges.
Analyze client requirements and design customized recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize client satisfaction and outcomes.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish valuable connections.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and challenges faced by businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
