In this role, the Business Setup Coordinator will be instrumental in assisting clients with the requirements and processes involved in setting up businesses within mainland and freezone jurisdictions, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients.Job Responsibilities:
Assist in generating and organizing leads for new business setup and company formation inquiries.
Support client consultations by providing accurate information about licensing options, requirements, and initial procedures in both mainland and freezone setups.
Coordinate with government entities and freezone authorities to facilitate client requests and ensure smooth and compliant business setup processes.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining excellent communication and a high standard of client support.
Keep records of client documentation, appointments, and progress within the setup process.
Report on setup progress and communicate any issues or updates to clients and the team to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
Follow up on client leads to promote services and convert inquiries into potential sales.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working within the Business Setup industry in the UAE.
Understanding of the UAE business licensing and company formation procedures in freezone and mainland jurisdictions.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
Familiarity with UAE freezone and DED (Department of Economic Development) processes.
