Job description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Setup Consultant/Sales Executive to join our vibrant team to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and in person and also maintaining good customer relationships.

You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, be comfortable making cold calls, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers and introduce them to out products or services
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Contact leads from campaigns and schedule appointments in person
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activity in the CRM system
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements and skills
• 1-4 year experience as sales/call center executive or other sales/customer service role
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about new products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work well in a team environment
