The Business Setup Consultant -
Dubai based role
Salary 8,000-10,000 AED per month Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business goals and requirements.
Provide comprehensive advice on the legal and regulatory requirements for setting up a business.
Assist clients in selecting the appropriate business structure (e.g., sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation).
Guide clients through the process of registering their business and obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
Develop tailored business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and operational strategies.
Coordinate with legal, financial, and other relevant professionals to facilitate the business setup process.
Advise on best practices for business management, including accounting, marketing, and human resources.
Monitor and stay updated on changes in business laws and regulations to ensure clients remain compliant.
Guide clients through the process of registering their business and obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
Offer ongoing support to client's post-setup to ensure their business operations run smoothly.
Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
Be up to date of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the business setup and PRO process, have knowledge of applying golden visa?
Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients
Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish
Up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services
Attend networking events to promote our services
Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality
Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process
Achieving monthly sales targets.
Providing monthly report on the number of sales vs number of leads received.
Generating and managing Incoming sales inquiries from different sources like Phone calls, emails, chats, walk-in clients and referrals.
Follow - up with new and existing clients and updating status
Educating clients with information related to company set-up formation, suitable business activities, eligibilities, free zones and mainland rules, terms and conditions.
Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience in business consultancy, particularly in business setup and development.
Strong understanding of local and international business laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Company Formation consultant Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Required) of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or mainland Services Provider in the UAE.
Highly structured and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proven experience in business consultancy, particularly in business setup and development.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
