About this Job

The Business Consultant/Business Setup Advisor at Devotion Corporate Services , is a sales help individuals and companies set up their businesses smoothly in Dubai. Success in this role means guiding clients hustle free through the business setup process, making sure all regulations are followed, and hitting monthly sales targets through great customer service. This role is essential for building and maintaining client relationships, which directly supports our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland and Freezone)
• Advise on legal requirements for company registration, licensing, and visa processing
• Attend industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high conversion rates
• Offer end-to-end support, from initial inquiry to business incorporation and ongoing services
• Building strong connections with clients and partners.
• Keeping updated on industry changes to give the best advice.
• Conduct due diligence and manage company law compliance and amendments

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in business consultancy, sales, or business setup advisory, in UAE.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE business regulations, company setups, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills with CRM experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Great people skills for managing client relationships.
• Must speak English and Hindi; other languages are a bonus.
• Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Certifications: Sales or Business Consulting certifications are a plus.
