Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Setup Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to entrepreneurs, investors, and companies looking to establish or expand their businesses in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the local business environment, including regulatory requirements, legal structures, and financial planning. As a Business Setup Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complexities of starting a business in Dubai, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consultation & Advisory Services :
• Provide expert advice to clients on various business structures (e.g., mainland, free zone, offshore, LLC, branch offices, etc.).
• Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including registration, licensing, and compliance with local laws.
• Assess clients' needs and goals to recommend the most suitable business structure and setup options.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance :
• Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements specific to their industry.
• Help with the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for business registration, licensing, visas, and permits.
• Stay updated on changes to local regulations and help clients remain compliant with the relevant laws and rules.
• Financial & Tax Planning :
• Advise on tax implications, including VAT registration, tax exemptions, and other financial matters relevant to the business.
• Assist clients in setting up accounting systems and financial structures.
• Provide recommendations on funding options, including loans, investors, and other financial instruments available in Dubai.
• Market Research & Location Selection :
• Conduct market research to assess business viability and advise on the best free zones, mainland areas, or specific locations to set up a business.
• Analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs to support strategic business decisions.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their business setup process is smooth and efficient.
• Provide ongoing support and advisory services as clients grow and expand their businesses in Dubai.
• Address client concerns and queries, offering tailored solutions based on individual requirements.
• Documentation & Application Submission :
• Prepare and manage all necessary documents for business setup, including licensing applications, contracts, and other legal paperwork.
• Submit applications for trade licenses, visas, and other relevant permissions on behalf of clients.
• Follow up with government authorities and relevant bodies to expedite approvals.
• Networking & Partnerships :
• Establish and maintain a network of contacts with local authorities, government agencies, and other relevant businesses to facilitate client needs.
• Assist clients in identifying strategic partners, suppliers, and service providers for their businesses.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing :
• Provide workshops, seminars, or one-on-one sessions for clients to educate them on business regulations, compliance, and the benefits of various business models in Dubai.
• Continuously update your knowledge on the latest trends, regulations, and opportunities in Dubai's business landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in business advisory, legal studies, or taxation are a plus.
• Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in business advisory, consultancy, or a related field within Dubai or the UAE.
• Knowledge :
• Deep understanding of the UAE's business setup landscape, including mainland and free zone regulations.
• Knowledge of Dubai's economic zones, licensing processes, legal structures, and visa processes.
• Familiarity with UAE business regulations, tax laws, and corporate compliance requirements.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal and financial concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using business software and tools (e.g., MS Office, accounting software).
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in a business setup firm, consultancy, or legal firm specializing in business registration and compliance.
• Knowledge of Dubai's different free zones and the associated benefits and challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
