Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

The Business Process Reengineering Specialist is primarily responsible for applying process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects across the products & services of Invest Bank. Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, and striving for continuous improvement. Job Accountabilities

Work with all business / operations units in the bank to consult and understand / document their existing processes in well-articulated process maps. Draft and support in developing end-to-end SOP documents, SLAs, and Process flows across the bank for all the processes. Engage with all business / operations teams to create tracking systems for measuring turnaround times of the processes and comparing against the SLAs. Challenge existing practices and implement lean and efficient processes in the bank to build efficiencies and enhance customer net value. Support Senior Manager Process Re-engineering for the implementation activities across Business process re-engineering projects. Assess the compliance of the implemented processes and oversee the process for continuous improvement. Monthly reporting on the improvement plan related to implemented processes. Any other assignment that may be delegated by the Senior Manager Business Process Re-engineering. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualifications

Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology. Bachelor's degree in relevant professional qualification in banking and accounting from a reputable institution. Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business improvement and performance measurement projects in the client experience field & banking operations. Experience in Project Management. Job Specific Skills

Develop and document optimized workflows, procedures, and policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of re-engineered processes with organizational goals. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to implement process improvements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, ensuring continuous improvement. Train and support teams in adopting new processes and systems. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance operational efficiency. Attention to detail and passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
