Seeking: Multi-Industry SOP Developer (utilizing Large Language Models / LLM-assisted Content Writer (Standard Operating Procedures) / Technical Content Creator (with a focus on SOPs and ChatGPT)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SOP Content Specialist (LLM-powered) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing clear, concise, and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments across our diverse group of companies, including retail, entertainment, food and beverage, pest control, finance, accounting, marketing, and HR. This role will leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT to efficiently generate draft SOPs, while also requiring strong writing skills and business process knowledge to finalize and refine the documents.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ChatGPT and other LLMs to generate draft SOPs based on specific prompts and departmental needs.

• Conduct thorough research and gather information from various sources to enhance SOP content.

• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of SOPs.

• Write clear, concise, and well-organized SOPs that are easy to understand and follow.

• Edit and revise draft SOPs for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

• Maintain a consistent SOP format and style guide.

• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for SOP development.

• May assist with training employees on new or updated SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT is non-negotiable.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and their purpose.

• Excellent research and information gathering skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
