Sales Forecasting: Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts using data analysis and market trends.
Sales Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and adjust sales plans.
Cross-Functional Interface: Align production and sales forecasts, facilitating cross-functional meetings.
Demand Planning: Gather data for demand planning and monitor market trends.
Forecast Coordination: Integrate sales and supply chain forecasts for production planning.
Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for improvement.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools.
Systems Management: Manage and optimize forecasting software and tools.
Risk Management: Identify risks in forecasts and develop mitigation strategies.
Your Profile:
Masters degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience in sales forecasting and demand planning in manufacturing or tyre industry.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
