Engage with senior leadership in an advisor capacity and facilitate decisions in alignment to business requirements
Support corporate Human Resources department and entity head in designing and managing the delivery of talent management, compensation and benefits policies, rewards and recognition programs, employee engagement and wellness initiatives at the entity level
Provide input into the identification of human resources priorities in departmental/section plans by translating business requirements into effective human resources practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
Collaborate with entity head to develop a holistic manpower plan and monitor, execute and evolve the actual manpower plan vs budgeted
Support the delivery of performance management cycle with entity leadership and provide required guidance to performance managers on effectively managing talent and other employee related issues
Provide guidance and manage matters related to disciplinary/ grievance and hiring/involuntary exit events
Provide professional advice and guidance to employees on matters, such as, interpretation of policies and procedures, recruitment selection and assessment and employment terms and conditions inline with established policies and guidelines
Coordinate and support all activities related talent sourcing, acquisition, onboarding, internships, externships and payroll processing at entity level
Responsible for tracking overtime, leave and absences of all entity employees for effective workforce management
Responsible to keep employee records updated on a real time basis
