• Actively follow up with teams on invoicing and revenue status as per fee sheets.
• Perform flash forecasting and report on performance.
• Conduct analysis on performance data to identify areas of improvement.
• Execute strategic event initiatives, such as Next Gen retail or white papers.
• Provide support on quality control of deliverables, including standard templates and ensuring director signoffs.

Business Planning:

• Conduct win-loss and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Prepare opportunity analysis statistics to support decision-making.
• Provide pitches and proposal support to enhance business growth.

Transformation Support:

• Drive adoption of Office Finder tool by following up with teams, conducting analysis, and coordinating team check-ins.
• Ensure implementation and review of all available platform tools, such as Sales Enablement, Journeys, and One Client View.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Passion for running a department within a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Motivated to work with data and apply it to drive business growth.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with finance basics, including P&L, margins, and cost efficiencies.
• Passionate about growing a business through data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of business operations, including revenue generation, spending, and cost optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
