Your strong background in operations management and proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness across multiple functions will be instrumental to our growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive NIO UAE Operational excellence by:
Overseeing the IT department to ensure the effective implementation of technology solutions that support business goals.
Ensuring data security, network access and backup systems.
Managing IT budgets and resources.
Leading the HR team to deliver and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
Ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Managing administrative functions in support of business operations.
Overseeing office management and administrative personnel.
Implementing systems and processes.
Developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.
Representing the company\'s interests in legislative and regulatory matters.
Overseeing the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with robust financial controls.
Managing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Managing Bank relationships and communications.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Implementation and Execution Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Automotive industry.
Banking industry experience is preferable but not a must.
A Bachelor of Commerce degree or a related field.
