Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns. 5. Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising displays and ensure compliance with company standards. 6. Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling product displays and signage. 7. Assist in the development of merchandising plans and budgets for different product categories. 8. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product expansion. 9. Provide support in the training and development of store associates on merchandising best practices.
