Key Responsibilities: Support COO in Business Operations : Assist in the daily management and oversight of business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives. Talent Strategy & Leadership Partnership : Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving growth by enhancing workforce capability and engagement. Employee Relations & Organizational Culture : Foster strong relationships with employees, addressing workplace challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of company policies to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. Performance Management & Development : Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute performance management strategies that drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through feedback, evaluations, and targeted development programs. Leadership in HR Initiatives : Play a key role in designing and implementing HR programs, including talent acquisition, employee retention strategies, career development, and succession planning, aligning HR functions with organizational needs. Requirements: Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure. Experience or capability in performance management, career development, and succession planning. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
