This trainee position is designed for individuals eager to develop a well-rounded understanding of both business management and HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting key operational processes, contribute to the execution of strategic business objectives, and be exposed to a variety of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Support COO in Business Operations : Assist in the daily management and oversight of business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives. HR Operational Support : Assist with HR operations tasks, including employee data management, HR system updates, and maintaining accurate records. Alignment of Business & HR Objectives : Coordinate between the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment between HR activities and broader business goals. Qualifications: Eagerness to learn about business operations, HR functions, and organizational management. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively within a team. High attention to detail, with strong time management and the ability to resolve issues proactively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. Understanding of the crypto industry and centralized exchanges is a strong advantage.
