The Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to all operational activities of the Tasheel/Tadbeer center, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of administrative staff, PROs (Public Relations Officers), and service advisors to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and foster business partnerships.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the center\'s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to expand service offerings, and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality and efficiency through regular audits, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, labor laws, and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant operation.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting operational performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the UAE, preferably within the Tasheel/Tadbeer services sector.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP software.
