Job Overview

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the general trading operations of the company in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing trading operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling diverse product lines, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the general trading business, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity and compliance.

- Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market reach.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to drive growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

3. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability.

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback and training.

5. Customer Relations:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving client inquiries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management role, preferably within the general trading industry.

- Strong understanding of trading operations, sales, and financial management.

- Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational efficiency.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
