Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Bur Dubai
Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to lead our Tadbeer center. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in overseeing operations, a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, and established contacts within the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff scheduling, workload management, and productivity optimization.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Financial Management:
• Develop, manage, and oversee the budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and implement corrective measures to address variances.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and retention.
• Train and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Human Resources Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop action plans.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives.
• Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
• Compliance and Quality Control:
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, local laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
• MOHRE Liaison:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with MOHRE officials and contacts.
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations and requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with MOHRE for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations, particularly related to Tadbeer services.
• Established contacts within MOHRE and experience working with regulatory bodies.
• Strong financial management skills and experience in budget management.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
