Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 monthsKey responsibilities:

• Support new business and strategic initiatives (new products, markets, client development) by tracking progress and operational capabilities.
• Enhance and consolidate Global Markets reports; build MIS to track individual performance, especially on the Sales side.
• Map actual sales to budgets and clients monthly.
• Monitor Actuals vs Budgets Month-over-Month for Global Markets.
• Provide support with Business-as-Usual (BAU) issues and tasks.
• Assist in coordination between desks, both local and international.
• Support transversal initiatives with Coverage; ensure good governance for projects and BAU (call reports, communications, etc.).
• Support transformation and projects from the business book of work.
• Provide business MIS, tracking, and reporting for actions and initiatives (both BAU and strategic).
• Manage business project management and stakeholder coordination; plan and implement projects.
• Ensure timely and correct inputs from stakeholders to meet deliverable timelines.
• Record, monitor, report, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work with IT Project Manager to cascade requirements and review IT solutions.
• Provide regular updates and report issues to management timely.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with all phases of a project life cycle.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables and VBA).
• Project management certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience as business analyst/support in Global Markets or Investment Banking.
• Previous experience in Product development, Technology platforms implementation, and system development.
• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination.
• MIS reporting experience in Global Markets with wide accounting and GM products knowledge.
