We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join British University college. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and educate students in various aspects of business studies. Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
• Create engaging learning materials, resources, and activities to enhance student understanding of business concepts.

Instruction Delivery:

• Deliver dynamic and interactive classroom lectures, discussions, and presentations.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic growth and development.

Subject Expertise:

• Demonstrate expertise in various areas of business studies, including but not limited to accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and advancements in business practices to enrich classroom discussions and content.

Student Support:

• Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students as they navigate their educational journey and career aspirations.
• Offer additional assistance to students who require extra help or clarification on course material.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay abreast of educational innovations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in business courses.
• Master's degree or Doctorate/Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
