SynopsisThe purpose of this role is to perform procurement analytic reporting with business insight for each procurement aspects, including analysis of spend & saving, cycle time performance, automated system insight, sourcing contract Initiatives tracking, in supporting P&S Management and Procurement category managers to monitor their key performance & making right decisions & enhancement accordingly.The role ensures on-time & reliable KPI performance reporting delivered to the management, ensures P&S BI Dashboards & scorecard reporting metric alignment with OGSM. The role will also support on other P&S required analytics activities for department operational improvement and monitor on the relevant system tools\' performance with enhancement advises wherever required.Accountabilities
Working with the Senior Manager Procurement Strategy & Governance and/or Team members to analyze requirements and identify or design the solution to business problems/requirements
Undertake Procurement performance analysis (performance reporting mapped to the OGSM goals, including analysis of spend, savings & other benefits), prepare and communicate results, metrics, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Present the spend analysis outcomes, including assessment of spend by categories, by procurement channels and for Local Content metrics
Prepare and present accurate and timely management and performance information to enable organisation-wide assessment of procurement performance - including cycle times and efficiency metrics
Facilitating performance management of team, ensuring individual and team performance is appropriately reported, monitored and reviewed
Education & Experience
Degree level qualification
Training and practice in structured performance improvement (Sigma/Lean/Agile) and awareness of data analysis and visualisation tools/techniques including Power BI, Tableau and other visualising tools
At least 5 years functional experience including Procurement, Business Planning or other analytical disciplines
