Business HeadLocation: United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market relatedOur client is a leading Interior Design consulting company within the United Arab Emirates and abroad.We are seeking a seasoned professional with excellent operational ability to lead the team and expand the business.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Provide and ensure excellent customer relationship management.\xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor a team of designers, project managers, and operational staff.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement business strategies.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end interior design projects.\xc2\xb7 Implement key performance indicators.\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Continuously improve project delivery processes and technology.\xc2\xb7 Ensue AI Integration where possible.\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports on business performance, client feedback, and project status.
