Responsible for the overall business and employee management providing a high level of strategic advice to senior/higher management, Executive Director on business and resource planning, financial sustainability, and compliance and leading with the operations team.
Devise strategies & techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decide the future course of action for the team members.
Map potential customers & generates leads for the company.
Motivate the team members to make them work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
Set sales goals to each sales team member.
Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales and activity performance.
Manage and provide day to day leadership to various technical, professional, and administrative personnel engaged in specified project activities, as appropriate to the position and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding the performance.
Frequently monitors project completion, maintenance schedules, and ensure invoices are provided to Clients on timely manner to ensure a positive cash flow.
Propose and develop a comprehensive company budget and perform a periodic budget analysis whenever it is required. Resolve employee and Client issues.
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Conducting performance reviews, employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement & motivates employees.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Continually improve the work efficiency of the company by following the established systems & processed and working in tandem with them in a timely manner to maximize companys profit.
Oversee and handle complete Operation of the business.
Perform any other job-relayed tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
QualificationsEducation/Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is essential, Engineering/Business Management, or other related fields.
Relevant professional and technical certification is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
5 - 8 years- experience in management position.
