Salary range: AED 10,000 - 12,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the IoT, AI, and ML space. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth potential. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand into new markets and industries.
2. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners to drive business growth. Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and improve performance.
4. Partnership Development & Relationship Management

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players, investors, and clients. Identify collaboration opportunities that drive business value and market expansion. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer trends, and market insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on sales growth strategies. Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and measure conversion rates.

Skills:


Business Development & Sales - Proven experience in B2B sales, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Ability to identify, pursue, and convert high-value clients.
Sales Strategy & Negotiation - Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Deep understanding of the IoT, AI, and ML industries.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management - Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Experience using CRM tools, analytics, and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering. .
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue growth roles (preferably in tech/R&D).
Experience in relationship management, funding, investor relations, or strategic partnerships is a plus.
Familiarity with IoT, AI, ML, and emerging technology ecosystems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
