Our group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business / Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in spearheading special projects, developing business plans, detailed financial models, pitch decks, creating complete investor due-diligence packs including comprehensive multi-sector and industry analysis, as well as exploration of special topics. This position is tailored for individuals who are adept at navigating complex business landscapes and have the ability to communicate multi-faceted information clearly.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct in-depth multi-sector and industry analysis, identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Stay abreast of industry developments and leverage sell-side analyst skills and experience
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business planning, decision-making, and fundraise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic initiatives, and developing business plans, marketing, and offering documents for investors accordingly
• Conduct relevant research, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance and operational efficiency
• Prepare presentations, and pitch decks for stakeholders that summarize findings and recommendations
• Support fundraising efforts by providing detailed financial analyses and projections
• Creating and managing complete due diligence packs for potential investors
• Coordinating, following up and responding to queries from potential investors

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA) is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role; experience in a startup environment is preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), presentations and report writing tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
